Crew accounts

Crew accounts are designed for ground crews to help pilots manage their flights.

Crew and pilot maps are synced in real-time. Changes to waypoints, windlines, gridlines, flight paths and measurements immediately appear on both.

Each pilot can have one crew account, and each crew account can belong to one pilot. The pilot needs an active Pro subscription to invite crew and sync data with them. The crew account does not need its own Pro subscription. If the pilot’s Pro access ends, data sharing stops until Pro is active again.

Open User account → Live Tracking, enter an existing account’s email address in the position-sharing field, and select Invite as crew. The invited person opens the same menu and selects Accept on the crew row to activate their crew status.
